This Offsite section under our C&I business is structured around two models, tailored to diverse operational and regulatory needs:
Bilateral Model
A direct power procurement arrangement where renewable energy is supplied from a dedicated generation plant to the consumer under a long-term agreement.
Group Captive Model
A framework where multiple consumers collectively offtake power from a shared project to gain tariff and regulatory benefits, with minimum equity holding as a requisite for regulatory compliance.
