Position Review:

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil/ Structure Draftsman/Draughtsman to join our dynamic team, specializing in Solar PV Projects – Rooftop, Carport and Ground-mount installations. This position calls for professionals with 4-7 years’ experience in the solar industry (civil / structure drawings). As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for translating project concepts into technical blueprints, layouts and construction drawings ensuring the seamless installation and construction of solar PV plant civil and structure systems.

Key Delivery:
  • Work with engineering team to gather and define project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed civil and structure drawings, including MMS GA and Fabrication drawings,
  • MCR/ICR GA and RCC drawings (RCC/ Pre-fab/ Container), all foundation drawings, layouts,
  • various cross-section drawings, MCS drawings, switchyard layout and section drawings, trench
  • section drawings, equipment section drawings.
  • Prepare foundation drawings such as transformer (IDT), HT panels, inverter, DC combiner box
  • (SCB/SMCB), LT panels, RMU, SCADA, Weather Monitoring Station, etc.
  • Estimate material quantities, preparing Bill of Material (BOM) / Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Assist in preparing technical documents, including specifications and installation manuals.
  • Prepare construction support drawings, support construction phase, address site team queries.
  • Whenever required, support / conduct site visits and gather site inputs.

Position Review:

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Ind AS. IFRS, financial principles, taxation regulations, and compliance requirements. The Senior Manager will lead a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and partners to ensure effective financial management and strategic decision-making.

Key Delivery:
1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Develop and manage financial budgets

4. Financial Analysis:
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide financial support for new projects, including project finance and risk assessment.

Position Review:

A Design Engineer in the field of Electrical DC, will specialize in the design, analysis, and development of solar projects.

Key Delivery:
  • Design the DC side of solar PV systems, including:
  • PV module stringing
  • Array layout
  • Conductor sizing and voltage drop analysis
  • Combiner box and junction box placement
  • Create accurate electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs) and three-line diagrams for DC circuits.
  • Perform energy production modeling and system sizing using tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar.
  • Ensure designs are compliant with applicable codes (e.g., NEC, IEC), utility requirements, and best practices.
  • Analyze shading, tilt, orientation, and environmental factors to optimize system output.
  • Select and specify components like modules, DC isolators, fuses, and connectors.
  • Support procurement with accurate Bill of Materials (BoM) for DC components.
  • Coordinate with structural and AC design teams to ensure cohesive system integration.
  • Review and revise as-built drawings based on field inputs.
